When Redeeming Your Reservation:

When redeeming your reservation at the club, you must provide a valid ID and the "credit card used at the time of purchase". The name on your ID and the name on your credit card must match your reservation. For Paypal checkout, we require an ID that matches the ship to name provided to us by Paypal.

You must be 21 years of age or older to redeem a reservation.

Gifts & 3rd Party Reservations:

If you wish to make a reservation in a name other than the name matching the billing name on the "credit card used at the time of purchase", you will need to complete a separate credit card authorization form prior to redeeming your reservation. Instructions to complete an authorization form will be provided in the receipt emailed to the email address you provided during checkout. An authorization form is also required for Paypal checkouts where the ship to name on record with Paypal does not match your ID.

Refund Policy:

Orders can not be cancelled within 24 hours of your scheduled reservation without the loss of all sums paid. Refunds on reservations purchased within 24 hours of the date and time of the reservation are refunded solely at our discretion. You must call (888) 765-6768 in order to cancel a reservation. Failure to comply with providing ID at the time of your reservation, as stated above, will also result in the loss of all sums paid.

Non Refundable Fees:

The Booking Fee is "non-refundable".
